Frontage thermal insulation systems
These systems have been used for over 40 years for improving thermal protective characteristics of external building walls.
The thermal insulation render defines the frontage thermal insulation system structure type, which can be:
- a system of expanded polystyrene (EPS)
- a system of expanded polystyrole (XPS)
- a system of mineral fibers - plates of mineral wool (FS+).
One of the main benefits of external thermal insulation consists of significant lowering of expenses on usage of the building, due to heating cost savings (up to 30%).
The system method employed by Decorint is "Baumit Thermal Insulation System".
The advantages (strengths) of this system are:
- It eliminates all thermal bridges resulting from construction or improper workmanships
- The system is certificated to European standards (ISO 9001 certification and European Technical Approval (ETA))
- Reduces the heating expenses
- Offers a wide range of structures and colors
Noble frontage plasters
The materials used are: acrylic dashed plasters, silicon rubber and silicone - dispersive plasters, water glass, lime-cement plasters.
The plasters can be applied to thermal insulation systems, outdoor lime - cement frontage, cement, concrete, old plasters, etc.
Mechanically processed plasters
The mechanically processed plasters are applied to indoor and outdoor construction works. Several plastering tools and machines are used in this process.
The main advantages of the mechanically processed plasters are:
- High productivity;
- High quality;
- Lower costs;
- Quickness
Building frontage rehabilitation
These projects include several works: demolishment, restoring, construction of garrets.
Among the rehabilitation construction works one can mention: residential areas, multi - dwelling buildings, office buildings, bank offices, houses, facading, rehabilitation and construction of garrets, other building works, building and finishing works.
