Fimaro development
Fimaro Development is a major real estate project covering a land area of 30 000 sq m. The main part of this area is for residential purposes (85%) (height to range between 7 to 16 floors). The project also includes retail center, offices, hotel, swimming pool, playground, restaurant, fitness hall etc.). so that the project will have its own identity.
Turzii Residence
Turzii Residence is an average size residential project to be developed on a 6.000 sq.m. area in Cluj - Zorilor (between Calea Turzii and Eugen Ionescu Streets).
The total constructed area will be around 10 000 sq. m.
The spot is located close to the citycenter, with access to retail centers and main roads.
The project consists of 9 dwellings (6 flats each), as well as an office building (4 floors).
On the West side of the area, the buildings will be 3 floors high, while on the East side the buildings will be 4 floors high (including penthouses).
The parking places are underground; the spaces between buildings is assigned for green spaces and playgrounds.
At present, the project is under PAC (building permit) authorization. We estimate that the project will start in July 2008 and will be completed in November 2009. The buildings will be delivered as soon as they are finished.
Our target market is medium to higher income residents.
