Turzii Residence
Turzii Residence is an average size residential project to be developed on a 6.000 sq.m. area in Cluj - Zorilor (between Calea Turzii and Eugen Ionescu Streets).
The total constructed area will be around 10 000 sq. m.
Fimaro Development
Fimaro Development is a major real estate project covering a land area of 30 000 sq m. The main part of this area is for residential purposes (85%) (height to range between 7 to 16 floors). The project also includes retail center, offices, hotel, swimming pool, playground, restaurant, fitness hall etc.), so that the project will have its own identity.
The total constructed area will be around 100 000 sq. m.
The main features of the project are:
- A wide range of services for the local community: retail centers, playground, nursery school, swimming pool, sports areas, restaurant, open green spaces, parking places, etc.;
- Proximity to the city center (only 4 km), on the road to Zalau / Satu Mare;
- Panoramic view of the North Western part of the City;
- Modern, European architectural style, developed by internationally renowned architects;
- Easy access within the area (walking or by car).
At present (May 2008), the project is under authorization procedures (PUZ / PUD). The construction is forecast to start in the last quarter of 2008. The deadline of the project is 1st quarter of 2011.
