Decorint is listed on Bucharest Stock Exchange, XMBS market. At present, the shares are not liquid, but we expect a gradual increase until the end of 2008. The launch of new real estate projects and the improvement in the quarterly results will increase the interest of the investors for the shares of Decorint. In turn, this will lead to a higher liquidity for the shares of the company.

The activities of Decorint cover all segments of the real estate market – residential, offices, retail, logistics, hotels, etc.. Consequently, the company has a relatively low exposure to the weak performance of any real estate segment.
