About Decorint

Our mission is to develop world class Real Estate projects that would improve life of local communities and bring value to all our stakeholders.

Decorint was founded in 1994, originally acting as a building company.
Starting 2003, Decorint is distributing construction materials (mainly Baumit and Murexin, but also other products).

After the merger with Fimaro Imb S.A., Decorint operates as a joint stock company, listed on Bucharest Stock Exchange (XMBS section).
At the same time, the main activity of the company changed to real estate development.

At present, Decorint is developing two real estate projects: Fimaro Development and Turzii Residence.

The construction department offers a wide range of services: turnkey constructions, rehabilitation of old buildings, indoor, outdoor finishing; insulation; electric installation; sanitary installation; heating installation; suspended ceilings etc.

Since 2003 the company also distributes building materials. Decorint is an authorized distributor of Baumit and Murexin products. For Baumit products, the company ranks first in Cluj County and 4th in Romania.
The company offers to its customers high quality building materials, competitive prices and modern technical support according to European standards (including consultancy services).

The goal of the management is to meet the customer's requirements in a low cost, high quality way, complying with deadlines.

The company was awarded the Quality System ISO 9001:2000.
