Our mission is to develop world class Real Estate projects that would improve life of local communities and bring value to all our stakeholders.
After the merger with Fimaro Imb S.A., Decorint operates as a joint stock company, listed on Bucharest Stock Exchange (XMBS section). At the same time, the main activity of the company changed to real estate development.
At present, Decorint is developing two real estate projects: Fimaro Development and Turzii Residence.
Projects
Fimaro Development
Fimaro Development is a major real estate project covering an area of 30.000 sq m. The main part of this area is for residential purposes (85%) (height to range between 7 to 16 floors).
Turzii Residence
Turzii Residence is an average size residential project to be developed on a 6.000 sq.m. area in Cluj - Zorilor (between Calea Turzii and Eugen Ionescu Streets).
